All guests MUST send a copy of any government-issued identification before arrival.
If you’re expecting visitors during your stay, please ensure you inform the management in advance and have them present a government-issued photo ID for access to the apartment. This is mandatory.
Check-in for OTA bookings is usually after 4 pm, but as part of our family, you enjoy the flexibility of early check-in and late check-out, plus up to 50% off at select restaurants when you book directly with us. Let us know if you'd like to switch to a direct booking to unlock even more perks.
